Step 1
Capture enquiries from your website and configure supported routes from the channels your customers use.
60 sec first-response target for eligible connected enquiries—not a guarantee. Connection checks, permitted calling hours, capacity and availability apply.
Select a source to see the route and availability.
Example: a campaign links to your website enquiry form; an activated supported connection is needed for AI callbacks.
A customer calls your configured business number. The assistant answers with your approved information and questions.
The automated website-form lead-source connector is coming soon. Website enquiry capture remains available. Workspace ingestion and AI callbacks need an activated supported connection. Direct Meta, Google Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok and Google Forms connectors remain planned. Campaigns can link to your website form.
The 60-second first-response target applies to eligible connected enquiries, permitted hours, capacity and availability. Social engagement alone is not permission to call.
Step 2
ZeromileAI follows your approved knowledge and questions to understand needs, answer enquiries and take the next step.
Outcome: capture the need, understand timing and agree a practical next step.
Inbound answers enquiries within configured coverage. Outbound calls eligible leads using approved information and questions. Inbound + Outbound combines both directions; follow-ups and human escalation are optional services.
Calling capability, contact permission, permitted hours and service readiness apply.
Step 3
ZeromileAI can book a meeting, attempt your team or set a follow-up, based on the conversation and your rules.
Calendar booking · enabled customer/team notifications · optional human escalation and follow-ups.
Offer real-time availability and confirm the booking.
Here are a couple of options that work for you:
Fictional calendar example.
Transfer to the configured person when available.
“I’ll put you through to our specialist now.”
Capture the details and follow up at the agreed time.
Example: a viewing is booked; customer/team updates use enabled channels, and eligible reminders follow the agreed schedule.
Use the provided calendar or a supported authorised connection. If a requested time is unavailable, offer suitable alternatives and confirm the choice. Successful bookings can trigger enabled customer and team notifications; delivery is not simulated here.
Human escalation attempts the configured number. If unavailable, agree a callback or message route. Follow-ups can include configured tasks, reminders, email, missed-call/no-show recovery and eligible AI follow-up calls. Appointment reminders may include 24 hours and 2 hours before, within permitted contact windows.
Shared WhatsApp is outgoing-only. Customer-owned channels require supported setup and checks. SMS/WhatsApp follow-ups and nurture messages are coming soon. These follow-ups are separate from eligible enabled transactional notifications. Full calendar management remains planned.
Healthcare emergency routing requires approved instructions, tested destinations and a safe failure route. AI does not diagnose or replace emergency services.
Step 4
Every enquiry, available conversation record and next step stays in a clear record, so your team has the context.
Team portal, available call records and current Hot/Warm/Cold interest signals.
I’m looking for a consultation about your services. Do you have any availability next week?
I can help check a suitable time. Would you prefer morning or afternoon?
Outcome: the team can continue with the conversation context instead of starting again.
Review leads, available recordings and transcripts, bookings and follow-up status. Lead-level analysis and Hot/Warm/Cold signals support judgement, not guaranteed sales. Access and retention follow configuration.
Start through the six-step provisioning flow using suitable provided resources. Configure supported owned numbers, forwarding, channels and calendars after authorisation and testing.
