How it works
Start simply.
Grow with confidence.
A guided setup for your business, assistant and team.

- 1ConfigureYour business and team
- 2TestThe agreed outcomes
- 3ActivateWhen the setup is ready
Setup target, not a guarantee. Connection checks, capacity and service availability apply.
Step 1
Configure your workspace
Six guided steps. Select a circle to explore your setup.
Your business
Give your workspace its business context.
- Organisation & workspace
- Name the business and the workspace your team will use.
- Industry & location
- Set the industry and the region your business serves.
- Time zone
- Use the business time zone for appointments and configured contact windows.
Choose how calls start
Select Inbound, Outbound or Both. Agree the trial services and any optional human escalation or follow-up services.
- Base service
- Inbound: the AI answers. Outbound: it calls eligible leads. Both combines the two.
- Assigned trial number
- ZeromileAI assigns a suitable number from its pool for your trial. Number capability must match the selected service.
- After your trial
- Continue using the same assigned number, or switch to your supported own number or forwarding after routing checks.
- Optional services
- Agree human escalation, follow-ups and eligible AI follow-up calls for your setup.
Introduce your AI assistant
Choose how your assistant introduces itself and speaks for your business.
- Assistant identity
- Set its name and a greeting that makes its AI identity clear.
- Language & voice
- Choose a supported language and voice.
- Business instructions
- Provide the relevant knowledge, qualification questions and agreed call rules.
Prepare your team
Put the right people behind appointments and follow-through.
- Owner & team members
- Add the people responsible for the workspace and its customer enquiries.
- Bookings & updates
- Choose who handles appointments and receives enabled eligible notifications.
- Human escalation
- If enabled, configure the team destination, availability and no-answer callback fallback.
- Workspace access
- Give the configured members the access they need to review records and next actions.
Choose your resources
Start with the provided trial setup, then connect supported resources of your own.
- Configured shared sender for the trial · outgoing-only. Supported own business setup can follow after approval.
- Calendar
- Provided booking setup, or a supported authorised connection after availability and booking checks.
- Email / SMS
- Eligible notifications through enabled channels. Own senders need readiness and delivery checks.
- Future connections
- Direct marketing connectors and CRM integrations remain planned. Use supported authorisation rather than shared passwords.
Review and provision
Check the agreed setup before preparing the workspace.
- Review the details
- Business, service, assistant, team and resources together in one summary.
- Check readiness
- Confirm that the assigned number supports the selected service and that required resources are ready.
- Provision the workspace
- Prepare the configuration. The two-minute standard provisioning target is not a guarantee.
- Test before activation
- Run the agreed journey and connection checks before the setup goes live. The seven-day trial starts when it is live.
A ZeromileAI pool number for your trial. Keep using the same number afterwards, or switch to your supported own number after checks.
Step 2
Test the agreed journey
See how a conversation becomes a booking, a saved enquiry or a handoff to your team.
The team is busy. The conversation starts.
Customer“Hi, I’m looking for a two-bedroom home to buy.”
“Hi, I’m the AI assistant. I can help with your enquiry. May I have your first name?”
Configured inbound coverage answers while your team is occupied, subject to capacity and service availability.
Step 3
Activate when ready
Start with your assigned trial setup. Check the agreed journey, then activate. Select a stage to see what happens.
Start with the assigned trial number
ZeromileAI prepares a suitable pool number and the agreed trial resources.
- Number
- Capability checked against Inbound, Outbound or Both.
- Resources
- Provided booking setup and enabled eligible notifications. Shared WhatsApp is outgoing-only.
Verify the agreed setup
Check the real routes and outcomes before activation.
- Calls & knowledge
- Test the greeting, relevant answers, qualification and agreed call rules.
- Calendar & channels
- Test availability, booking confirmation and enabled customer/team updates.
- Optional services
- Test handoff availability, callback fallback and enabled reminder/follow-up rules.
Activate when the setup is ready
Your seven-day trial starts when the agreed setup is live.
- Keep the assigned number
- Continue with the same number after your trial as part of your service.
- Use your own resources
- Switch to a supported owned/forwarded number, own channels or authorised calendar after checks and testing.
Step 4
Operate with visibility
Review outcomes, handle handoffs and keep the next action moving from your workspace.
Your next actions

What happens after activation?
Your team can review leads, available recordings and transcripts, bookings and follow-up status. Adjust the agreed configuration and contact support when a service needs attention.
Optional reminders can include 24-hour and two-hour appointment reminders, subject to the enabled service and permitted contact windows. CRM integrations and expanded dashboards remain planned.
